ITCZ, amihan to bring rains over Palawan, Cagayan

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Palawan, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

The northeast monsoon (amihan) will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan, Kalinga, and Apayao.

Residents in affected areas are advised to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to, at times, heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Localized thunderstorms and the ITCZ will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the rest of the country.

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water conditions will be experienced in Northern Luzon.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters will prevail over the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
