The House's first confirmed COVID-19 case, from the Internal Audit Department, has since tested negative.

House Secretary General Jose Luis Montales stressed the importance of strictly adhering to health protocols for everyone's safety.

As of July 20, the Philippines has recorded a total of 68,898 COVID-19 cases, including 1,835 deaths and 23,072 recoveries.
