Habagat brings rains to Luzon, Visayas

The southwest monsoon, or 'habagat,' continues to bring cloudy skies and scattered rains to Luzon, according to PAGASA's 4 p.m. forecast.

Western Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the 'habagat'.

The rest of the country can expect isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.

Winds will be light to moderate, and coastal waters will be slight to moderate across the country.

No low pressure area or tropical cyclones are currently being monitored for possible tropical cyclone formation.
