Easterlies to bring scattered rains to Eastern Luzon, Visayas

Easterlies are expected to bring cloudy skies and isolated rain showers to the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas on Wednesday.

Areas such as Quezon, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

There is a possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring in these areas during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized weather patterns.

The wind speed across Luzon and Visayas is forecast to be light to moderate, blowing from the east to northeast, with slight to moderate coastal waters.

Mindanao will have light to moderate winds moving south to southeast, also with slight to moderate coastal waters.
