Drilon to OWWA: Use P20-B idle trust fund to provide livelihood for displaced OFWs

Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III confirmed that these OFWs would be sent home within three days and reported that DOLE has already provided P10,000 cash aid to nearly 86,000 OFWs.
