DFA: COVID-19 cases among Filipinos abroad now 20,909

Currently, there are 7,289 active cases among Filipinos worldwide.

The Middle East and Africa have the highest number of confirmed cases at 11,861, followed by the Asia and Pacific Region with 4,508 cases.

Europe has recorded 3,554 confirmed cases, and the Americas have 986 confirmed cases.

The DFA also noted that confirmed cases among Filipinos abroad have been reported in 95 countries and territories.
