Mixed weather forecast for PH due to monsoon, easterlies

The northeast monsoon and easterlies are causing mixed weather conditions across the Philippines.

Davao Region, Caraga, and Soccsksargen can expect cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

PAGASA warns of potential flash floods or landslides in these areas from moderate to heavy rains.

Metro Manila, Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and Calabarzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains from the northeast monsoon.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought by the easterlies.

Moderate winds and seas are expected over Northern and Central Luzon, while the rest of the archipelago will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
