Airlines extend flight suspension to May 31

Philippine Airlines (PAL), Cebu Pacific, AirAsia Philippines, and Skyjet Airlines have announced the suspension of all domestic and international flights until May 31, 2020.

This suspension is in compliance with the Philippine government's modified enhanced community quarantine and related local restrictions.

PAL has canceled domestic flights to and from its hubs in Manila, Cebu, and Clark until May 31, 2020.

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo domestic and international flights will remain canceled from May 16 to May 31.

PAL is assessing the possibility of resuming international routes and domestic routes to and from its Davao hub.

Affected passengers are being notified via email, and their current tickets remain valid.

PAL plans to operate a reduced number of weekly flights starting June 1, 2020, depending on COVID-19 conditions and government restrictions.

The airline will continue to operate special flights for repatriation and essential cargo.
