SC suspends Manila courts for Traslacion

Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta suspended work in all Manila courts on January 9 due to the Traslacion feast of the Black Nazarene.

Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso ordered the suspension of classes and city government work for Thursday, citing public safety and traffic concerns.

The Supreme Court also instructed a skeletal staff presence with compensatory leave for those working that day.
