Women's groups urge public to stop cyberbullying Nuezca’s daughter

Women's rights groups are urging the public to stop cyberbullying Jonel Nuezca’s daughter.

The Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) stated that the girl, who was with her father during the shooting of Sonya and Frank Anthony Gregorio in Tarlac last Sunday, has the right to protection from all forms of violence.

The PCW emphasized that judging the child based on the video is inappropriate as it only shows a surface manifestation of her environment and other unseen factors.

Instead of condemnation, the commission called for appropriate intervention and rehabilitation for the girl who also witnessed the traumatic event.
