WHO: PH short on vaccinating health workers

The Philippines has only vaccinated 63% of its healthcare workers against COVID-19, according to WHO's Rabindra Abeyasinghe.

Abeyasinghe urged immediate vaccination of all health workers under the government’s program.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque responded that all medical frontliners who want a vaccine will be given one, but noted that many are waiting for their preferred brand.
