Gov't assures transparency in vaccine procurement

The government has assured transparency and accountability in its vaccine procurement process.

Vaccine czar Carlito Galvez Jr. stated during Senate hearings that vaccines will be procured through multilateral arrangements with the ADB and WB to ensure transparent documentation.

Galvez also emphasized that only vaccines endorsed by an expert panel and issued EUA by the FDA will be purchased and administered, ensuring equitable access at lower prices.
