Torculas joins San Beda after considering UP

Former University of the Philippines forward Aldous Torculas announced on Friday, March 7, that he would be joining San Beda after previously considering UP.

Torculas cited San Beda's winning culture and his desire to work with head coach Yuri Escueta as key factors in his decision.

The player expressed that Escueta will help him develop further as a basketball player.

With James Payosing leaving San Beda for UP, Torculas' transfer is seen as a significant addition to the Red Lions.

However, due to NCAA rules, Torculas must serve a one-year residency at San Beda before he can play in his final two eligible years.
