DOT: PH safe for travel despite nCoV

The Philippines remains a safe destination for travel, according to the Department of Tourism (DOT) and the Tourism Congress of the Philippines (TCP).

Precautionary measures are in place to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus, including a temporary entry ban for tourists from China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Infrared thermometers are being used to check body temperatures of arriving tourists, and hand sanitizers are more widely available.
