Team Liquid wins 2025 Mobile Legends MSC, defeats SRG 4-1

Team Liquid secured their place in the finals of the 2025 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid-Season Cup by defeating Onic Indonesia with a 3-1 win on Friday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Philippine team triumphed over reigning champions Selangor Red Giants (SRG) from Malaysia with a 4-1 victory in the grand finals scheduled for Saturday at 7 p.m. Manila time.

Karl 'KarlTzy' Nepomuceno and Kiel 'Oheb' Soriano led Team Liquid to their first win, while Sanford 'Sanford' Vinuya's clutch performances helped clinch three consecutive games starting with Game 2.

Team Liquid maintained their momentum despite SRG.OG taking the series opener in a dominating fashion, recalibrating their draft to equalize and secure match point by the fifth game.

Vinuya was named Finals Most Valuable Player for his key initiations that secured crucial wipeouts and helped Team Liquid lift the MSC trophy.
