Senators hail PCG for challenging Chinese vessels in West Philippine Sea

Senators Risa Hontiveros and Panfilo Lacson have praised the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) for challenging Chinese vessels in the West Philippine Sea.

Hontiveros encouraged more instances of driving out Chinese ships, while Lacson urged the PCG and AFP to continue monitoring the area.

Senator Christopher Go also commended President Duterte's firm stance on defending the country's maritime claims.
