Senate panel finds 'strong evidence' in Sandro Muhlach sexual harassment case

Members of the Senate committee on public information and mass media have found 'strong evidence' implicating Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz in Sandro Muhlach's alleged sexual harassment case.

Senator Robin Padilla stated that his panel has decided to file charges based on their findings during a Monday executive session with Muhlach's father Niño Muhlach, Nones, and Cruz.

Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada echoed Padilla’s statement but did not disclose further details discussed in the closed meeting.

The committee plans to withhold information until all evidence is gathered by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) over the next two days.

Before the executive session, Nones and Cruz denied allegations against them, admitting they are gay but maintaining that they did not abuse Muhlach.
