SC closes courts in several areas until Jan. 31

The Supreme Court announced the physical closure of courts in several areas across the country from January 21 to 31 due to rising COVID-19 cases.

Courts are closed in Apayao (Cordillera region), Puerto Princesa City and Palawan, Masbate, Siquijor, Zamboanga del Norte and Zamboanga Sibugay, Lanao del Norte, Davao de Oro and Davao Oriental, North Cotabato, Sarangani, Sultan Kudarat, Surigao del Norte, Maguindanao, and Basilan.

Courts in Kalinga, Ifugao, and Mountain Province, which are under Alert Level 4, will remain closed.
