Saudi bans travel from PH amid coronavirus threat

Saudi Arabia has imposed a temporary travel ban on travelers coming directly from or having visited the Philippines within the last 14 days.

The ban excludes health workers returning from the Philippines and those involved in evacuation, shipping, and trading trips but requires them to take necessary precautions.

The restrictions also apply to all European Union member states, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, South Sudan, Eritrea, Kenya, Djibouti, Somalia, and Ethiopia.
