VP Sara intensifies 'Duter10' senatorial campaign amid election concerns

Vice President Sara Duterte is intensifying her campaign efforts for her father's 'Duter10' senatorial bets as the May 2025 election draws near, expressing confidence in their majority support.

Sara plans to barnstorm in several provinces including Zamboanga Sibugay and North Cotabato but has yet to finalize her schedule due to numerous requests from candidates.

Despite initial reluctance, she now campaigns vigorously after her father's arrest in The Hague, fulfilling his request as a favor.

In a recent media interview at the Zamboanga City Port on May 4, Duterte expressed concerns about vote buying and cheating but remains optimistic about their electoral prospects.

The Vice President also mentioned plans to discuss with PDP-Laban regarding potential misuse of social welfare programs like TUPAD, AICS, and AKAP budgets.
