San Juan has highest coronavirus cases per capita

San Juan City, with 45 confirmed coronavirus cases as of Monday, March 23, has the highest number of patients per capita in Metro Manila.

Mayor Francis Zamora attributes the surge to a prayer hall located inside a mall at Greenhills Shopping Center, which was frequented by one of the first local transmission cases.

Quezon City, with 61 confirmed cases and a much larger population, has more total cases but fewer per capita than San Juan.
