Robredo urges more vaccine sites at transport hubs

Vice President Leni Robredo on Thursday said testing and vaccination sites should also be available at transportation hubs like train stations and bus terminals, following the government's move to allow private clinics and pharmacies to administer vaccines.

Robredo commended the measure but stressed that it could have been implemented earlier. She emphasized the importance of accessibility in barangays and transport hubs due to the 'no vaccination, no ride' policy.

On Tuesday, Robredo called for intensified COVID-19 vaccination and testing efforts outside Metro Manila to counter potential surges in regional areas.
