Chot Reyes wins 10th PBA championship, leading TNT to comeback victory

Chot Reyes won his 10th PBA championship as head coach with TNT Tropang Giga on November 9, 2024, a year after stepping down from coaching Gilas Pilipinas following a disappointing World Cup performance.

Despite facing criticism and early playoff exits in previous tournaments, Reyes led TNT to an impressive 11-4 record in the playoffs this season, securing the Governors' Cup title by defeating Barangay Ginebra in the finals with a six-game series win.

Reyes became only the fourth coach in PBA history to achieve ten championships, joining Tim Cone, Baby Dalupan, and Norman Black.

The team's resilience was highlighted by their comeback from a 2-0 series deficit and overcoming a double-digit deficit in Game 6 of the finals.
