DOLE investigates reports of 'no vax, no work' policy

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has not received any formal complaints about the 'no vaccine, no work' policy.

However, DOLE is conducting its own investigations into reports of such policies.

Unvaccinated employees who are fired or suspended can file a complaint for illegal termination or suspension.

DOLE Secretary Silvestre Bello III urged workers to report employers implementing this policy so that the department can intervene and direct employers to allow unvaccinated employees to work.
