Rain or Shine secured a dominant 122-106 victory against Blackwater on Wednesday to extend their winning streak in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup to five games.

Coach Yeng Guiao emphasized the importance of maintaining form and toughness despite close calls, noting that his team had to withstand a late surge from Blackwater before pulling away with Adrian Nocum leading the charge.

Adrian Nocum scored 18 of his 22 points in the second half, while Deon Thompson led all scorers with 25 points and 16 rebounds, and Santi Santillan added 20 points.

Rain or Shine improved their record to 5-1 and will face Phoenix Fuel Masters on Saturday as they prepare for a challenging stretch against teams currently in the top four.
