Rachel Anne Daquis revives volleyball career, earns Player of the Week

Rachel Anne Daquis, a 37-year-old veteran player, is revitalizing her volleyball career with Farm Fresh in the 2024-2025 PVL All-Filipino Conference.

Daquis delivered an impressive performance against Capital1 on February 18, scoring 19 points and contributing 13 excellent digs, leading to a match-winning kill that lifted Farm Fresh to a franchise-best 5-6 record.

Her outstanding play earned her the PVL Press Corps Player of the Week award for February 18-22.

Despite initially planning to retire from competitive volleyball, Daquis continues to inspire younger players with her dedication and hunger for success.

Farm Fresh is aiming for its best performance in franchise history as it prepares for upcoming matches in the knockout qualifying round on Tuesday, March 4 against No. 7 Akari.
