Quiambao wins back-to-back men's basketball MVP in UAAP

Kevin Quiambao has earned back-to-back men's basketball MVP citations in the UAAP for the first time in seven years.

Quiambao finished with 81.357 SPs, a full seven points higher than teammate Mike Phillips who also secured his second Mythical Five selection.

Mike Phillips averaged 12.0 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game with 74.929 SPs.

JD Cagulangan of UP placed third in the Mythical Team rankings with 69.167 SPs; FEU's Mo Konateh fourth with 68.643 SPs, and UST's Nic Cabanero fifth with 61.000 SPs.

FEU’s Veejay Pre won the Season 87 Rookie of the Year award with averages of 7.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game.

Ateneo’s Kacey dela Rosa dominated the women's division by winning a second consecutive MVP award with an impressive SP total of 96.286.
