QC Mayor asks malls to request vax cards from customers

Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte has requested malls to ask customers to present their vaccination cards before entry.

Unvaccinated individuals will still be allowed entry but only for essential activities such as grocery shopping and accessing medical or government services.

Malls are also required to submit the names, contact numbers, and barangays of unvaccinated patrons to the city government so they can be scheduled for vaccination.
