QC: Barangays urged to set up quarantine facilities

Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte has issued guidelines for barangays to set up their own quarantine facilities to help control the spread of COVID-19.

The facilities aim to isolate asymptomatic or mild cases, freeing up hospital beds for more severe cases and preventing virus spread in communities.

Barangay officials interested in establishing these facilities can coordinate with the City Health Department for guidance.
