QC expands free COVID-19 testing with 100K antigen kits

Quezon City acquired 100,000 rapid antigen test kits to expand its COVID-19 testing program.

The city government is collaborating with the Philippine Red Cross and local officials for daily free rapid antigen testing in communities.

There are currently 17 community-based testing centers located across different districts of Quezon City.

CESU chief Dr. Rolando Cruz stated that each center can accommodate between 100 to 200 individuals per day, providing services mainly to symptomatic individuals and close contacts.
