PRO-11: Quiboloy arrest operation enters twelfth day

The Police Regional Office in Davao Region (PRO-11) maintains that Apollo Quiboloy is still inside the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) compound in Davao City as the arrest operation enters its twelfth day.

During a press briefing on Tuesday, PRO-11 chief Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre III said law enforcers are close to finding Quiboloy and urged police officers to remain committed to their duty of protecting the public and upholding justice.

Torre acknowledged challenges faced by law enforcers in pursuing Quiboloy, noting backlash and personal attacks against them.

The PRO-11 found a room allegedly belonging to Quiboloy surrounded by more rooms for women, including minor girls aged 10-15 years old. However, these rooms were all empty upon inspection.

Dela Rey declined to disclose potential hiding spots for security reasons and denied reports of police planting evidence or bringing in explosives without proper scanning procedures.
