Private firms eye tripartite deal for Pfizer vaccines for children

The Philippine business sector is exploring the possibility of procuring additional Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines for the children of their employees.

Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion said the private sector would like to enter into a tripartite agreement with the government and Pfizer, similar to existing deals with AstraZeneca and Moderna.

The government has already ordered 40 million doses of Pfizer's vaccine for its own use and local government units.
