PPA ports operational despite rising Covid-19 cases

All seaports and PPA offices remain operational despite rising Covid-19 cases.

PPA General Manager Jay Daniel Santiago announced that employees who have tested positive have been replaced by those working from home to ensure continued operations.

On Tuesday, five more PPA personnel tested positive for the virus, bringing the total number of infected staff at the head office and Port of Manila to 45.

Santiago assured that all affected workers are asymptomatic and in isolation.
