PNVF names Laure, Bagunas as ambassadors for Men's Volleyball World Championship

The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) named Alas Pilipinas players Eya Laure and Bryan Bagunas as official ambassadors for the FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championship Philippines 2025, set from September 12-28.

Indie folk-pop band Ben&Ben will serve as the event’s official music partner with their song 'Triumph'.

Bagunas and Laure will promote volleyball across the country through international promotional tours, mascot contests, trophy tours, media conferences, and other events leading up to the tournament involving teams like Tunisia, Egypt, and Iran.

Eya Laure expressed her excitement about promoting volleyball in the Philippines while Bryan Bagunas shared his determination to inspire the next generation of men's team players despite being in recovery from a left knee injury.

The event marks a significant milestone for Philippine sports following the success of hosting the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup and the national women’s football team's performance in the FIFA Women's World Cup.
