PNP orders strict enforcement of NCR outdoor exercise ban

PNP Chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar ordered all police officers to strictly enforce the ban on outdoor exercises in NCR during the ECQ period.

The prohibition is a decision by Metro Manila mayors aimed at ensuring public safety, especially with an increase in COVID-19 cases among children and infants.

Eleazar directed commanders to intensify information drives through PNP's social media accounts and use of megaphones or speaker systems on police vehicles.

The ban will be enforced until August 20.
