PNP logs over 9K violators on first day of Alert Level 2

On the first day of Alert Level 2 in NCR, police recorded over 9,461 quarantine violators.

This number is slightly lower than the previous average of around 9,746 daily violations during Alert Level 3.

Curfew violations dropped to 10% compared to a 24% average previously.

From October 16 to November 4, a total of 194,929 violators were reported in NCR with around 61% receiving warnings and 33% fined.
