PNP: 184 NCR areas under granular lockdown

As of Wednesday, at least 184 areas in NCR are under granular lockdown based on PNP data.

These areas include streets, houses, residential buildings, and subdivisions across nine cities and municipalities.

On Tuesday, the number was reported to be around 135 areas in 53 barangays with similar distribution.

The PNP deployed a total of 247 personnel and 452 force multipliers to ensure security and adherence to health standards.

Earlier this week, it was noted that one COVID-19 case is sufficient for a house or condo floor lockdown while two cases are needed for a street lockdown.
