Philippines relaxes travel rules for fully vaxxed

The Philippines has relaxed international travel restrictions starting February 1.

Fully vaccinated travelers from most countries will no longer be required to quarantine upon arrival but must present a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours before departure.

They are also required to self-monitor for symptoms for seven days after arriving and report to local authorities if they develop any symptoms.
