Cebu tracks 7 missing Koreans from virus-hit Daegu

Cebu authorities are tracking seven out of 26 South Koreans from Daegu, South Korea, who arrived in Cebu on February 25.

As of Friday, February 28, 19 tourists were under quarantine while the remaining seven were being traced by local officials and the Korean Consulate.

Health officials initially placed all 26 individuals under strict hotel confinement after their arrival, but four provided incorrect addresses, two checked out, and one returned to Korea.
