Philippines receives 3M Sinovac doses, largest delivery

The Philippines received 3 million doses of Sinovac vaccine on Thursday, the largest single delivery yet.

Vaccine czar Carlito Galvez Jr. stated that these vaccines will help sustain the government's vaccination rollout and reach herd immunity by December.

Galvez emphasized that the newly delivered jabs are crucial for meeting regional needs and helping areas catch up with Metro Manila’s 40 percent vaccination rate.
