Philippine sepak takraw team wins second bronze at Asian Games

The Philippine men's sepak takraw team secured a second bronze medal at the Asian Games on Friday.

In the semifinals, they lost to Malaysia 21-15, 21-11 and settled for bronze at the Jinhua Sports Centre Gymnasium in Hangzhou, China.

The team, led by veterans Jason Huerte and Rheyjey Ortouste, includes Mark Joseph Gonzales, Jom Lerry Rafael, and Ronsited Cabayeron.

This is their second bronze medal after placing third earlier in the men’s quadrant event, bringing the country's total to 12 bronze medals.
