PH recommends delaying Vietnam's SEAG due to Olympic postponement

Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) president Bambol Tolentino recommends that Vietnam delay hosting the 31st Southeast Asian Games until late in the year due to the postponement of the Tokyo Olympics.

Tolentino suggests this change to ensure all Southeast Asian countries have enough time to transition from the postponed Tokyo Olympics to the SEA Games.

The original dates for the 2021 SEA Games were set for November 21-December 2, but Tolentino agrees with the proposed delay.
