Key contributions came from Brooke Van Sickle who led her team with 17 points, 22 receptions, and 12 digs, while Myla Pablo secured the game-winning point with consecutive through-the-block hits.

Controversy arose during match point when a ball-in challenge was inconclusive due to obstructed angles, leading to an eruption of protests from Petro Gazz but ultimately did not affect the outcome as they won the tight 27-25 set and the match.
