The PCG has dispatched around 40 rubber boats with seven-person teams conducting rescue operations in areas such as Mandaluyong, San Juan, Marikina, and Sta. Mesa.

To date, seven rescue teams from the PCG District NCR - Central Luzon, PCG Special Maritime, and PSC have rescued a total of 1,356 individuals comprising 433 families.

Foot patrols along Pasig River were also conducted to monitor water levels and ensure rapid response in emergencies, particularly in San Juan and Marikina cities.
