House party-list bloc donates P5-M worth of gear for frontliners

The House party-list bloc has donated PHP5 million worth of protective gear to frontliners in Metro Manila and affected provinces.

Bagong Henerasyon Party-list Rep. Bernadette Herrera said the coalition members rallied together for a 'concerted effort to help defend the frontliners' against COVID-19.

The donation includes around 150,000 masks, 1,300 pairs of goggles, 40,000 pairs of gloves, and 1,300 pieces of personal protective equipment.

BHW party-list Representative Angelica Natasha Co is overseeing the distribution activities and stated that supplies will continue to be distributed as funds last.
