Firms donate PPE to Pangasinan health workers

Private companies and Senator Christopher Lawrence Go's office donated personal protective equipment (PPE) to Pangasinan health workers on April 2.

The donations included 246 isolation suits, 1,000 surgical masks, and one box of surgical gloves distributed among five provincial government-run hospitals.

Governor Amado Espino III received the PPE which will be used alongside the 1,500 isolation suits and 80 aerosol boxes previously purchased by the provincial government for health workers in 14 hospitals.

The donated equipment aims to support medical staff who are at high risk while treating patients under investigation or confirmed with COVID-19.
