Palace optimistic on vaccine roll-out in Q1

Malacañang is optimistic that a COVID-19 vaccine will be available in the Philippines by the first quarter of 2021.

The government has identified geographical and sectoral priorities for vaccination and negotiations with manufacturers are ongoing.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said this gives a sense of optimism and hopes for a year of healing, recovery, and bouncing back.
