Malacañang mandates travel, health disclosure for visitors

Malacañang requires visitors and government workers to disclose their travel history and health status to prevent the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus.

The requirement includes filling out a declaration form that asks for personal details, recent travel locations, and any symptoms experienced in the past month.

PCOO Secretary Martin Andanar stated that this measure ensures safety not only for President Duterte but also for everyone at Malacañang.

Visitors are asked about their health status over the past 14 days and whether they have visited areas affected by the virus recently.
