Duterte denies ties with group pushing for revolutionary gov’t

Malacañang said the call for a revolutionary government came from a private group, emphasizing that the administration's focus remains on addressing the COVID-19 crisis.

Harry Roque, presidential spokesperson, reiterated that the government does not support calls for a revolutionary government and stressed that such initiatives are part of freedom of speech.

Roque emphasized that establishing a revolutionary government would not solve current issues related to the pandemic and economic recovery.
