PAGASA warns of scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across Luzon due to three weather systems.

Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, and Kalayaan Islands will see scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by a shear line and low-pressure area.

The northeast monsoon will affect the Cordillera region, rest of Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Rizal, and Laguna, potentially leading to flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila, Ilocos region, Central Luzon, and Calabarzon may experience isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Elsewhere in the country, isolated rain showers will occur due to localized thunderstorms.
